Your first step on the road to your new website is to contact us. When we receive your enquiry we will respond within 24 hours to arrange to give you a virtual tour of Yedit Xpress content management system so that you can see how easy it is to use for yourself.
Once you have decided that you would like to progress with Yedit for your website solution, we will need to confirm your preferred domain name; how you would like the site to look; how many pages it should have and so on. We gather this information using a short questionnaire, which we will email to you, for you to complete and send back to us. The sooner we receive the completed questionnaire, the sooner we can begin the two-week timeline to get your website up and running and working for you.
The two week timeline kicks off as soon as we receive the completed questionnaire, signed contract and commitment fee (half of the £650 charge, the second half to be paid upon completion of the website). As soon as we receive these items we are ready to start!

The timeline is based on working day (Monday to Friday) and is in place to ensure that you receive the website that you want and need within two weeks. Of course, there are instances where a client has been thrilled with the first design, and the whole process has taken considerably less than 14 days. At other times clients have not been able to meet the 24 hour deadlines for feedback, and the process has taken longer. We are flexible, and will work with you to achieve timings that are realistic and convenient for you.
We want you to be thrilled with your new website, and therefore we are happy to offer one additional day of design work for free if you are not entirely satisfied with the third re-working of the design of your website (this falls outside of the timeline, and will affect the delivery date of the website).
Please note that this timeline is only relevant for websites of 50 pages or less. If you would like a larger website, please contact us to discuss timings and we will work with you to develop a schedule that you are happy with.
We accept payment by PayPal, cheque (to our address) or cash. Please note that we must wait for payments to clear before we proceed with the first stage and the final 'go live' stage of the website so for speed PayPal is our preferred payment method.
