Yedit Xpress utilises a mark leading "What You See Is What You Get" Rich Text (HTML) editor. Enabling you to create Rich content within your website, you can amongst other things:
  • Change font styles such as: Bold, Italic, Underline, Font, Font Size, Colour.
  • Arrange text to: left, right, center, justify.
  • Add paragraphs.
  • Create bulleted or numbered lists.
  • Undo/Redo your changes.
  • Cut, Copy, Paste.
  • Upload, add, replace, resize, manage: images, documents, flash objects and videos.
  • Create links to internal and external pages.
  • Create tables of information.
  • Spell check your content.

Drag & Drop in page content

To make changing your pages as easy as possible. You can easily re-arrange any content within a Yedit Xpress page by dragging and dropping different types of content around the page.

So you can already see what your page will look like as you are editing it.

Page Preview
Something a lot of people worry about when making changes to their content and pages is what the page will look like after the changes have been made.

After you have finished making your changes you can easily preview the changed page before you publish it to ensure that everything is as you wish.

Page Design Templates
When we design your site for you we will create multiple page templates, each one of these templates can look completely different or, more usually for the sake of consistency, just comprise of subtle changes in the way the page is laid out.

When creating or editing a page, you can change the template of the page and re-arrange the content as you wish to create different looks and layouts.

Different Types of Content & Modules
There are a number of different types of content that you can add to any Yedit Xpress page, we are constantly creating more types of content and modules (most of which you get for free even after you site is set up).

We will add any new free types of content and modules to your existing Yedit Xpress website, all you have to do is contact us and let us know which ones you want us to add in.

Current content types:
  • The WYSIWYG Editor (Rich Text)
  • Image - Allows you to place a standalone image.
  • Auto navigation - Automatically creates navigation to other pages within you site based on the selected criteria.
  • Contact form - Allow your customers to email you through your website.
Current modules:
  • Lists- Allows you to create logical lists of information which can be output in different styles:
    • Anchor Lists
    • Expanded Lists
    • Simple Lists
    • Quote Lists
We are open to suggestions for new content types and modules from customers and can create new functionality bespoke upon request.
